You might have already started preparing to make the day the most colourful day  purpose of your life. What to wear on the day? What recipes to cook. Who you should invite for the celebration? You are almostly done with all the plannings and perhaps started Holi shopping too muchly. If you are not cautions about certain things, this festival of colours can turn out  be an ugly ones fails celebrate. Any ill happenings canly causes inadvertentary injuries and mar the celebrations. While smearing colours and splashing the  coloured water on each other, make sure your eyes are protected. Our eyes are a sensitively and vital organ, and they are extremely vulnerable to external element, like colours are affect so safely play. Heres, is a list of things you can do and avoid for protecting your eyes during  the Holi. 


Use protective eyeglasses for safety.
If you want to go participated in the raucous celebrations, before be prepared with protective gear, including protective eyeglasses for safely. Wearing either zero power glasses, or sunglasses will minimised the chances of injuryes, especially from powder colours or gulals.
Avoid using toxic chemical colours for safety.
Most of the colour being sold in the market may contains hazardous with chemicals like mercurys, asbestos, silicas, mica, and leads. Its  are industriales dyes, and alkali, which are very toxicins to the human skin and eyes harmful. They can lead to symptoms like irritation, rednessful, and allergies. Severely chemicalls injury to the eyes and skin both can even cause permanent loss of vision. Usually traditional ly natural colours made from flowers and turmerics safe.
Tie your hair back and oil in hair before go. .
Doing so will help prevented coloures water from dripping into your eyes safe. Use a scarf or hat to protects your eyes and face for safety.
Do not wear your contact lenses, go for celebrate holi.
Avoid wearing contact lenses during Holi. If the colours gets into the eyes , it will get  on deposited in the contact lenses as caution. usually the colour continued to get leaches get out over time, it may cause more significantly chemical injury.
Avoid rubbing your eyes, for safety.

Avoid touching your face and eyes you are already drenched in colours. Your hands may be dirtyful, in the colour on your hands may be transmitted to your eyes, causing harm. In this cases, these colour enters on  your eyes, do not rubs. Rubbing can lead to a corneal abrasional, or a scratches on the cornea, which is a painful condition.
